Store Policy

We recommend booking your appointment in advance. Credit or debit card information is required to secure your appointment. We kindly ask that you give us a 24-hour notice for a single service and a 48-hour notice for multiple services or packages. Clients who do not adhere to the cancellation policy will be charged 50% of the service being rendered. We will try to accommodate you if you happen to run late, but we cannot promise your full service time. Thank you for your punctuality.

If it is your first time visiting us, please arrive early to allow additional time to complete your personal profile.

GRATUITIES:

If you are pleased with the service you have received and wish to give a gratuity, please leave CASH GRATUITIES ONLY. Thank you.
