Store Policy

We recommend booking your appointment in advance. Credit or debit card information is required to secure your appointment. We kindly ask that you give us a 24 hour notice for a single service and a 48 hour notice for multiple services or packages. Clients who do not adhere to the cancellation policy will be charged 50% of the service being rendered. We will try to accommodate you if you happen to run late, but cannot promise your full service time. Thank you for your punctuality.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your visit so that you may have time to relax and enjoy some quiet time before your treatment. If it is your first time visiting us, please allow additional time to complete your personal profile.

Gratuities:

If you are pleased with the service you have received and wish to give a gratuity please leave CASH GRATUITIES ONLY. Thank you.

Feedback:

While we strive to make your experience special, we understand that visiting a spa is a personal one. Please let your therapist know if there is anything we can do that would enhance your stay with us.

Privacy:

Your spa therapist will leave the room to allow you to undress in private. Throughout your treatment you will be modestly covered at all times. Disposable underwear is available upon request.

Special Awareness:

If you have any concerns or medical conditions, are pregnant or breastfeeding, have allergies, injuries, skin complaints or infections, please discuss it with the front desk prior to making your appointment as this may affect your treatment options.

Cell Phones:

For the consideration of all of our guests, we kindly ask that you silence your cell phone prior to entering the spa reception.
